REFUND POLICY – RELIFION™

1. Overview

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, we’re here to help.


2. 30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Proof of purchase is required

3. How to Request a Return

Returns must be approved before being sent.


4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns.


5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days
  • Provide photos of the issue

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


7. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase.
After this time, orders are processed and cannot be canceled.


8. EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union:

You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason.


9. Additional Notes

In some cases, we may offer a partial refund without requiring a return, depending on the situation.
